Circle is a special kind of Ellipse?

A circle is a special kind of ellipse with the following features

• a = b
• c = 0 (where ce is the distance from the center to a focus)
• the foci are at the same point so there is really only 1 focus
• the minor axis is the same length as the major
• the eccentricity of the ellipse is zero
